Condition Report
This condition survey involved a visual inspection to assess the building structural damage, failures, wear/tears, and provide recommendations for repairs and improvement. We managed to carry out a visual inspection internally and externally to all four campuses with permitted access. The general view of this exercise was to identify the visible failing features and systems of the structures which have in some way reduced the pleasant value of the spaces particularly for the users who should experience the utmost comfort as intended.
The intent of this survey is not only to identify the defects and failing elements of the buildings but rather also give solutions to addressing the various issues.
